No, you only pay for your license and all of your team members and consultants on the project will be invited into the platform for free.

How does it work?
Each of the BOMA BEST Sustainable 4.1 are tasks that are assigned to the subset of your team, preassigned by role. During the onboarding process you'll let us know who has what role on the project, and we will assign them the tasks that they need to complete.
What's the fee structure?

One-time white globe onboarding fee of CAD $4,500. For the first 4-month wave, it's $370 per building per month.

What does the fee include?

It includes the full use of the platform plus our founder's hands-on support during that 4-month rollout.
